I had an encounter with the local community police, and I must say they were efficient, courteous, and handled the situation with utmost professionalism. I felt heard and supported throughout the process. Kudos to Sugar Grove Citizen's Police Advisory Team for creating a safe environment without compromising on respect and empathy.
