I recently hired a digital agency to help with my website and chose this company. Overall, they delivered what they promised, but the process felt a bit impersonal. The team seemed knowledgeable, but I wish they had communicated more regularly and sought my input on design decisions. The end result was decent, but I felt like my vision wasn't fully captured. 🤨 I appreciated their technical expertise, but a more collaborative approach would have been nice. The project was completed on time, but at times it felt like I was just another client on their list. In the future, I hope they can focus more on building a strong client relationship and involving me more in the creative process.
