I recently used the services of this company and found their website to be comprehensive and easy to navigate. However, I was a bit disappointed with the level of customer service I received. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiry, and the follow-up communication was a bit lacking. 😕 On the positive side, the quality of the products I purchased was good and the pricing was competitive. I just wish the customer service experience had been more prompt and attentive. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
