I recently had the opportunity to work with Simtec srl and I must say that it was an average experience overall. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and I didn't feel like my concerns were fully addressed. However, the quality of their products is quite good and they offer a wide range of options to choose from.
