The service at Aircraft tooling inc was satisfactory overall. The repair was done within the estimated time frame and the staff was friendly. However, there were a few issues that I encountered. Firstly, the communication could have been better. There were times when I had to reach out to them for updates rather than them proactively keeping me informed. Secondly, I feel that the pricing was a little on the higher side compared to other repair stations I have used in the past. Despite these minor setbacks, the final outcome of the repair was acceptable.
