I recently used the services of this design firm for a home renovation project. I found their work to be satisfactory, but not exceptional. The communication with the team was good, and they were generally responsive to my inquiries and concerns. However, there were some delays in the project, and I felt that the design concepts could have been more innovative and personalized. The final result was decent, but it didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of creativity and originality. Overall, it was an average experience with this design firm, and while they delivered a functional end product, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of pushing the boundaries of design.
