I recently joined Tri-cities Family YMCA and I am extremely impressed. The staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I love that there are a variety of fitness options available, from swimming to group classes to weightlifting. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, and I always feel motivated to push myself. I highly recommend this YMCA to anyone looking to improve their fitness!
