I have been going to Le Studio Pilates for over a year now and I absolutely love it! The instructors are all amazing and the atmosphere is so welcoming. The studio is always clean and well-maintained. The workouts are challenging, but also cater to all fitness levels. I can definitely see and feel the improvements in my strength and flexibility. It's a great place to exercise and improve your overall well-being. Highly recommend!
