I recently used the services of "Starting Point" and found it to be an average experience. 🤔 The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the information I needed. However, the communication could have been improved as I had to follow up multiple times for a response. The services provided were satisfactory, but I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and personalization. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there are other companies out there that might offer a more efficient and effective service. I hope that they can take this feedback constructively and work towards enhancing their customer experience.
