The service provided by Expert Dry was average. I called them to fix a leak in my basement, and they were able to come out the same day. The technician arrived on time and was polite, but the overall quality of the work was just okay. The leak was fixed, but I noticed some water spots on the ceiling afterwards. I had to call them back to come and fix it again. They did fix it the second time, but it was an inconvenience to have to deal with the issue twice.
