I've been a member of Crossfit Redstart for a while now and it's been an incredible journey. The trainers are so knowledgeable and they always push me to be my best self. The workouts are tough but in a good way. The community at the gym is also very supportive and motivating. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to challenge themselves and improve their fitness.
