I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Umih pays basque during my trip to the Basque country, and I must say, it was an average experience. While the service was decent and the food was satisfactory, there was nothing remarkable that stood out about the restaurant. The ambiance was pleasant, but I expected a bit more from a place that claims to represent the rich culinary heritage of the region.
