I've been using Fintech Alliance's services for a few months now and I must say, they have been average. The customer support is decent and the platform is easy to use. However, there are some areas that could be improved upon. The navigation can be a bit confusing at times and the fees are on the higher side compared to other similar platforms. Overall, it's a good option for basic banking needs.
