As a CUSTOMER, I had an average experience with Vita - ferðaskrifstofa. The website vita.is was easy to navigate, but the customer service was a bit slow in responding to my queries. Overall, the booking process was smooth, and I had no issues with the itinerary provided. However, I do think there is room for improvement in terms of communication.
