I recently visited this physical therapy and rehabilitation center after a sports injury. The facility was clean and well-equipped, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My therapist was attentive and provided a personalized treatment plan, which I appreciated. However, I found the scheduling process to be a bit cumbersome, and the waiting times were longer than I would have liked. Additionally, the administrative staff seemed a bit disorganized, causing some confusion and delays. While the quality of care was satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and communication. Overall, my experience was average, and while I gained some benefit from the treatment, there are areas that could be enhanced for a better customer experience.
