While the website was user-friendly and informative, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took quite some time to get a response to my inquiries, and the staff seemed a bit disorganized. Additionally, the fees were on the higher side compared to similar companies. On the positive side, the website provided a good amount of resources and information, which was helpful for someone new to the trust company industry. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. There's definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and pricing.
