I recently hired a company to install a stone fireplace in my home and came across Picone Stone and Fireplace. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. The customer service was polite and responsive, but I did encounter some delays in scheduling the installation. The installation itself was decent, but there were a few minor issues that needed addressing. The quality of the stone used was satisfactory, but I did notice some uneven placement. The final result was visually appealing, but not exceptional. Additionally, the pricing was reasonable, but not overly competitive. In conclusion, Picone Stone and Fireplace provided an average service, and while I have no major complaints, it didn't leave me feeling overly impressed.
