I recently bought some surgical solutions from a company. The website was informative and easy to navigate. However, the customer support was not up to the mark. They were slow in resolving my issues and it took several follow-ups to get a satisfactory response. The overall experience was average, and I hope they improve their customer service in the future. Nonetheless, I am satisfied with the product quality.
