My experience with Open Reel to Reel has been average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. I also had some issues with the quality of the products I ordered. Overall, I would say that Open Reel to Reel is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
