I'm really pleased with my experience at the Conservatoire de Villeneuve St Georges. The instructors are knowledgeable and accommodating. The classes are well-designed and I'm making good progress. I highly recommend this music school to anyone interested in learning accordion. The website accordionlinks.com is also a great resource.
