I recently used a nursing agency for my elderly mother's care and decided to try Gentle Care Nursing Agency. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. 😊 However, I found their services to be average at best. The caregivers assigned to my mother were competent and compassionate, but their turnover rate seemed high, resulting in frequent changes. 😕 Additionally, communication with the agency was sometimes difficult, with delays in response to my inquiries. 📞 On the positive side, the staff was generally friendly and accommodating. 🙋 Overall, I would say that Gentle Care Nursing Agency provides an adequate level of care, but there is room for improvement in terms of consistency and communication. 📅💬 I might consider using their services again, but I would also explore other options.
