I recently purchased a machine from their website and found the ordering process to be seamless. However, the delivery took longer than expected, and the communication about the delay was not as clear as I would have liked. The machine itself works well, but I encountered a minor issue with it after some use. I reached out to their customer service, and they were quick to respond and helped me resolve the issue, which I appreciated. Overall, the experience was average. I think there is room for improvement in terms of delivery and communication, but the customer service was helpful when needed. 🛠️👍
