Lyric opera of kansas city is a wonderful company. The performances they put on are absolutely breathtaking. The singers have such beautiful voices and the sets and costumes are always stunning. I have been a season ticket holder for many years and I am never disappointed. The opera house itself is also a stunning venue with its ornate decorations and comfortable seating. I highly recommend attending a performance by Lyric opera of kansas city, you won't be disappointed.
