As a customer, I recently had an average experience with the hair and beauty company. Although their website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, the overall service was average at best. The ordering process was smooth and efficient, with a decent selection of products available. However, the delivery took longer than expected, which was a disappointment. The customer service was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The staff seemed knowledgeable but lacked enthusiasm and friendliness.
