Pulaski electric system provides an average level of service. I have been a customer for a few years and while they are not exceptional, they are also not terrible. The power outages have been infrequent and usually resolved within a reasonable time frame. The customer service representatives are polite and helpful, although sometimes it can be a bit difficult to get through to them during peak hours. Overall, I would rate them as average.
