I have been using Atr support for a few months now...

I have been using Atr support for a few months now and I must say they have been decent so far. Their customer service is quite responsive and the representatives are knowledgeable. However, their response time could use some improvement as sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a resolution. Overall, I would rate them as average.
