I wasn't completely satisfied with the wedding planning service provided by Theatrum Events. While they did manage to handle the essentials, there were certain aspects that could have been better. The decorations lacked creativity and didn't meet my expectations. However, they did ensure that the event went smoothly overall. It was an average experience, and I believe there are better options available.
