I recently became a client of this financial services firm after hearing positive feedback from a colleague. The customer service was satisfactory, but the investment advice provided was not as comprehensive as I had expected. On the positive side, the online platform is user-friendly and the staff are polite and responsive. However, I felt that the company could improve in terms of offering more tailored and detailed financial planning services. The investment options were limited, and the fees seemed higher compared to other firms. Overall, it was an average experience, and I’m still assessing whether to continue with their services. 🤔
