Unfortunately, I found the experience with the company to be just average. Although the variety of products on the website was impressive, the customer service was lacking. I had trouble reaching out to the support team for assistance, and when I did, the response time was slow. Additionally, some of the products I purchased did not meet my expectations in terms of quality. On the positive side, the shipping was fairly prompt, and the packaging was secure. However, I believe there's definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and product quality. Overall, it was an average experience. 🛍️
