I recently purchased a fire alarm system from this company. The products of this company seemed to be of good quality. However, I found their website to be a bit outdated and difficult to navigate. It took me a while to find the information I needed. The customer service was average, as they were helpful but not very responsive. 🤔 Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of their website and communication.
