I recently used this car rental service and found it to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, the overall process of renting a car was not exceptional. The selection of vehicles was decent, but there wasn't anything extraordinary or unique. The rates were reasonable, but there was no standout value compared to other car rental companies. The customer service was satisfactory, but it lacked a personal touch. The staff was polite and helpful, but there wasn't anything that made me feel like a valued customer. The car itself was in decent condition, but it could have been cleaner. Overall, I had an average experience with this car rental company.
