I recently came across a company that caught my attention. Their website, filos-srl.it, had some interesting offerings and I decided to give them a try. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took them quite some time to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, their responses were not very helpful. The product I purchased was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The delivery was prompt, which was a plus. Overall, I would say that filos-srl.it is an okay company, but there are definitely areas they need to improve upon. I would consider giving them another chance in the future, hoping for better customer service and more innovative products.
