I have been a customer of Colorado Natural Gas for over 5 years and I must say their service is average. While they do provide consistent gas supply, their customer support is lacking. The representatives are not very knowledgeable and often give vague answers to my questions. I also find their prices to be on the higher side compared to other companies in the area. Overall, an average experience.
