As a customer, I found the experience with the company to be average. The website was user-friendly, and I appreciated the variety of resources available. However, the estimating tools were not as comprehensive as I had hoped. The customer service was responsive, but the overall product did not fully meet my expectations. I did find some helpful information, but it would have been great to see more advanced features and customization options. Overall, I would say it's an okay resource for basic estimating needs. 😐
