As a customer, my experience with this law firm was average. I found the website to be informative and helpful in understanding their practice areas. The lawyers were knowledgeable and provided me with the necessary guidance. However, I found the communication to be slightly lacking as response times were not as prompt as I had hoped for. Additionally, I felt that the level of personal attention could have been better, as I often had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my case. Nevertheless, they were able to handle my accident case efficiently, and I appreciated their efforts. Overall, I would say that they offer a satisfactory service, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and client engagement.
