I hired Richard Bonanomi Architect for a project, and while they provided satisfactory service, there were a few areas where I felt they could have done better. The communication was sometimes lacking, and there were delays in getting responses to my inquiries. Additionally, I noticed a few errors in the initial design that required revisions. However, overall, the end result was acceptable.
