I am a customer of Syarikat Air Terengganu (Satu) Sdn. Bhd. and I must say my experience has been average so far. The water quality is decent but the customer service could be improved. There have been instances where I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my complaints. Overall, it's a satisfactory experience.
