I recently hired a landscaping company for my outdoor project, and I must say that my experience with this particular company, Biota Landscapes, was average at best. While their website, biotalandscapes.com, provided a well-structured overview of the services they offer, the execution of the project lacked the attention to detail I was expecting. The team was professional and arrived on time, but there were several issues with the quality of their workmanship. The final result did not quite match the initial vision I had discussed with them, causing some disappointment. Moreover, the communication throughout the project could have been better, as I often had to follow up for updates and clarifications. Overall, Biota Landscapes provided an average level of service, but there is room for improvement in terms of quality and communication.
