I recently worked with a realty company based in Lahaina, and I found their website to be informative and user-friendly. The property listings were easy to navigate, and I appreciated the detailed information provided for each listing. However, I found the communication with the agents to be somewhat lacking in terms of responsiveness and follow-up. While the overall experience was satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement in their customer service. I hope to see more proactive and attentive communication in the future. Despite some areas for improvement, the company's website was a helpful resource in my property search.
