I had a very average experience with IT Engagements, Inc. The company website, itengagements.com, looks professional and the services they offer seem promising. However, I found their customer support to be slow and unresponsive. The solutions they provided were generic and didn't fully address my specific needs. Overall, I would rate them as average.
