As a customer of Fgdb, I have had an overall average experience. The website is easy to navigate and the information is readily accessible. However, I have found the customer service to be lacking at times. There have been instances where I needed assistance and had to wait on hold for an extended period of time. Additionally, the response time to my email inquiries was slower than expected. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciate the security and peace of mind that comes with banking with Fgdb (fondul de garantare a depozitelor bancare/ bank deposit guarantee fund).
