I recently purchased some electrical supplies from this company's website. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. However, I encountered some issues with the delivery of my order. It took longer than expected, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a status update. Additionally, a few of the items I received were not in the best condition, which was disappointing. The customer service team was responsive when I contacted them about the delivery and damaged items, but the overall experience was just average. I hope they can improve their delivery and quality control processes in the future to provide a better customer experience.
