As a customer of Kosovo Electricity Distribution Company (KEDS), I must say that my experience so far has been average. The service provided by KEDS is satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. The electricity supply is generally stable, but there are occasional power outages that can be quite inconvenient. The customer support team is responsive, although sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a resolution to an issue. Overall, I would rate KEDS as an average company.
