I had an average dining experience at Hap Chan Restaurant. The food was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The flavors were alright, but lacked depth. The service was average, with the staff being friendly enough but not particularly attentive. The prices were reasonable, but I expected more value for the money. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I don't think I'll be rushing back anytime soon.
