bunq.com is the most terrible organization I have ever encountered in my life. Firstly, without any reason or explanation, they closed my account. In addition, my remaining money in the account disappeared. To all my letters asking me to justify closing the account and withholding my money, support responds with the same phrases and only after lunch. They probably sell very good weed in Holland!
It has already been more than four months since my money was blocked, there is no information from the bank on the timing of returning my money. Please tell me what right any financial organization can have to withhold my money?
I urge all owners of funds frozen by this underdeveloped bank to contact the consumer protection society in Holland en masse. This abuse on the part of bunq.com must stop.
