I had a mixed experience with Cupstone travel. While the customer service was excellent and the agents were friendly, there were some issues with the accommodations and the tour guides. The hotels were not up to the expected standard and the tour guides seemed disinterested. However, the overall trip was still enjoyable, but I expected more considering the price I paid.
