I've been doing Crossfit for a while now, but Crossfit Kiel takes it to a whole new level. The trainers are top-notch and really know their stuff. The workouts are intense and always keep me on my toes. The community is supportive and it's a great place to meet like-minded individuals. Highly recommend!
