The experience with Urban design was average. I expected more from them, but overall it was an okay service. The design they came up with for my project was decent. However, the execution could have been better. It lacked attention to detail. I was not impressed with the final result. There were some issues that needed fixing, but their customer service was responsive and resolved the problems. I appreciate their effort in addressing my concerns.
