I recently signed up for Cardio55 and overall it's been okay. The trainers are helpful and knowledgeable, but sometimes it feels like they are rushing through the sessions. The facilities are clean but can get crowded during peak hours. The class schedule is a bit limited. So far, it's an average experience for me.
