I recently shopped on their website after hearing great things from a friend. The user interface was sleek and easy to navigate. However, I was disappointed that the products I received did not quite match the quality I was expecting based on the website's images. The customer service was friendly but a bit slow in responding to my inquiries. On the bright side, the shipping was prompt and the packaging was quite impressive. Overall, it was an average experience for me. I hope they can improve the product quality and strengthen their customer service to match the appeal of their website. 😐
